After a year in the making, I am thrilled to announce the release of my first book!
It is a labor of love, it comes from a passion of mine (as you have all seen through Dossier37) and what I wish will be a long term commitment for all things creative and hand-made.
The new Artisans - 320 pages, 850 illustrations - features 75 artisans/artists/designers across 19 countries and is a great resource for contemporary living.
The 75 talents reinvigorate traditional techniques (glass, textile, wood, metal, ceramics, paper) through the creation of unique or limited edition, functional or purely decorative, inspiring, desirable, meaningful objects. The antithesis of uniformized, mass-produced, disposable, anonymous and low quality goods we are saturated with.
Please visit and ideally join the Facebook page, where regular updates are posted (interviews, comments, reviews..etc), and if you like it, please ‘like’ it!
